A colourful and tempting dessert made using strawberry or raspberry jelly, fruits, and biscuit crust, that the kids are sure to love. It’s fun to make and a joy to serve.

For The Crust
1 cup crushed marie biscuits
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
For The Filling
1 packet raspberry or strawberry jelly
1/2 cup grapes , cut into half
1/2 cup canned pineapple or roughly chopped strawberries
For the crust:
Combine the biscuits, butter and sugar very well and press evenly into a 150 mm. (7″) diameter loose bottom flan tin.
Refrigerate until firm.
For the filling:
Dissolve the jelly in 2 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Place over ice and stir.
When the jelly gets thicker, add the chopped fruit and stir.
Pour the jelly mixture over the biscuit crust and place in fridge for about 2 hours or until firm.
